This mastermind is the synthesis of everything I’ve lived, tested, and embodied. It has been running successfully for the past 5 years, and keeps deepening as I deepen.
It has been a space for practitioners to feel fully seen, accepted and loved by both me and fellow members. It has been touching to see them grow and step into their power and truth, and learn to create the life they desire and become incredible practitioners.
It has also created a space for my own modality (New Earth Alchemy) to evolve and the power of my work to exponentially grow, mirroring my own inner growth.
I am now realising more than ever how powerful this container has been - the cocoon to our inner butterflies - and I am excited to invite new aligned members into our space.
Programme Summary
This is a six-month online intimate container for therapists, healers, conscious leaders who hold space for others and want to expand their skills and capacity in their work whilst being held themselves.
To go to the next level in your work, you need to expand the capacity within yourself to hold more.
This is a deeply restorative journey designed to support you in your growth through inner work, while refining your skills and capacity as a therapist/ leader/ healer. You’ll receive training in New Earth Alchemy (NEA - an integrative energy psychology approach created by Dr Sabrina Piergrossi), grounding advanced multidimensional energy work with psychology — but more than that, you’ll be met in your humanity, and your genius.
This mentorship is a small, closed group that meets live three times a month (Mondays, 7 pm UK), with ongoing access to recordings, resources, and a private Telegram community.

Meet Sabrina
Dr Sabrina Piergrossi is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist specialising in Energy Psychology and Shamanic & Quantum Healing. After a career in the NHS, and with almost 20 years’ experience working with complex trauma, mental health and the emotional root cause of physical dis-ease, her work has evolved to support New Earth Leaders to step into their fullest potential and manifest their dream reality in their health, relationships, business and true purpose.
She works globally online offering 1:1 & group healing and consultancy, as well as professional training and supervision in her own modality, New Earth Alchemy (NEA): an integration of energy psychology & quantum healing with multidimensional grid-work. NEA is designed to activate healers, coaches and facilitators into their true gifts and genius and ultimate energy work mastery, for outstanding results with their clients, and an effortlessly abundant healing business.
Her deepest mission is to help land the New Earth Consciousness on the planet, and in our hearts: she is here to heal the healers, guide the leaders and activate the activators of New Earth. She believes that as we heal ourselves, we heal the world, and she is passionate about co-creating a new paradigm of what is possible on our beautiful planet.
She travels to sacred sites to clear old earth distortions and activate the new earth leylines and grids that have been lying dormant, ready to be unlocked when our consciousness is ready. That time is now.

We can’t change the current world paradigm from the frequency that created it. As we integrate our shadows individually, the world naturally transforms.

FAQs
- How long is the programme?
- This is a six month’s commitment with an option to continue on for those who want to continue working on their energetic mastery.
- Do I need to already be a practitioner?
- Yes, you need to have a professional qualification in either an energy healing approach or a psychotherapeutic modality. This includes a broad range of possibilities, eg hypnotherapy, EFT training, IFS and many more. Please apply to see if you qualify.
- Will I receive certification?
- You will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the 6 month program. You will have to have attended at least 2 out of the 3 sessions each month.
- What if I’ve done lots of other trainings before?
- This would be absolutely for you. You will love learning more about the advanced multidimensional energy work and integrate it into your existing training. NEA is very comprehensive and goes a lot deeper than other modalities. Previous participants have commented how it’s given them a new lens to see themselves and clients which goes beyond anything they’ve experienced before, and gives a grounding, structure and tangibility to energy work.
- What if I can’t attend live?
- Replays of all sessions are always available. We would love to see you live as much as possible, to nurture the connection between us all, but we understand if you can’t make every single session. To receive your certificate of attendance you must attend at least 2 out of 3 sessions each month.
- What are Sabrina’s professional qualifications?
- Sabrina is HCPC registered and has a PsychD in Psychotherapeutic & Counselling Psychology (2004-2007) from the University of Surrey, UK - her thesis was on integrating mindfulness meditation and the Buddhist view of self, with therapy.
