Dear Guardians of the New Earth…

You've been in healing spaces before.  Spaces that left you feeling… underwhelmed.

Powerful, gifted practitioners don't plateau because they haven't trained enough.

They plateau because practitioner training has always been split into two separate jobs, and almost nobody was ever taught to do both.

The psychological world trains you beautifully in the modality — the frameworks, the ethics, the evidence base. It works, right up until your client starts talking about a download, a past life, an energy that won't leave, and you don’t have the training to deal with that. 

The energy healing world gets you working with what nobody else can see – guides, grids, entities, the architecture underneath your client's DNA.

But most healing trainings were never built to hold a nervous system through an actual collapse. They don't know what to do when your client dissociates mid-session, or when the part of them terrified of their own power “sabotages” the healing before it can land.

So you either push straight into "just clear it" and ignore the part that isn't safe enough to change yet. Or you work one issue, one ritual, one modality at a time, while your client's life keeps moving faster than the healing can catch up.

And underneath both worlds: almost nobody supervises you at the level you actually work at. You did the weekend course, or the six-month training, and then everyone disappeared.

Nobody followed you into your real client work to help you apply it, troubleshoot it, fold it into the four other modalities you'd already trained in.

So you cobbled it together. Alone. And you called that "finding your own way," but it felt like walking in the dark without a flashlight.

We're also not doing "you create your own reality" as the whole story here. That's a privileged, watered-down version of the truth that skips over ancestral trauma, structural inequality, and the realities you – and your clients – inherited long before either of you had any say in them.

FAQ's

Do I need to be a psychologist or psychotherapist to join?

No. Unlike many practitioner trainings in the psychology world, I don't require a specific professional credential. What I do require is that you have some training and experience as a practitioner, whether that's as a coach, healer, hypnotherapist, acupuncturist, or therapist. You need to be working with people, or preparing to work with people. If you're not sure whether your background qualifies, apply, and we'll figure it out together.

What if I've done lots of other trainings and can't make sense of them all?

That’s exactly who this is for. One of the most common things I hear from people who join is that they've done a ton of training and have no idea how to put it all together into something that feels coherent and authentically theirs. New Earth Alchemy is very comprehensive and goes much deeper than most modalities.

Previous participants have described how it gave them an entirely new lens for seeing themselves and their clients — and a grounding, structure, and tangibility to energy work they'd never had before. You won’t leave here with more scattered pieces but with a methodology that’s uniquely yours.

 What if I can't always attend live?

Replays of all sessions are always available through the membership portal, so you'll never miss the content. That said, the live calls are where the real magic happens: the field we create together, the real-time clearing, the supervision, and I'd love to see you there as much as possible. To receive your certificate of attendance, you need to attend at least 2 of the 3 sessions each month.

How is this different from other practitioner training programs?

Most practitioner trainings teach you a method and send you on your way. This program doesn't do that. Over the nine months you’ll get teaching for sure, but you’ll also experience your own healing, receive live supervision on your actual client cases, have access to an intimate community of deep and genuine people, receive ongoing energetic support through the Blue Diamond healing field, and have a mentor who’s not just a healer but also a chartered psychologist with nearly two decades of clinical experience across mental health, energy psychology, shamanic work, and multidimensional grid work. You're not in a classroom of a hundred people. You're in a group of five to ten. I’ll know your name and what you're working on. That is a fundamentally different experience.

What does the Blue Diamond Healing Field mean?

When you join this container, I set the intention that you are held in a field of Blue Diamond energy for the full nine months of the program. This is not metaphorical. From my clinical and energetic experience, this has a real and ongoing effect on what surfaces, what clears, and what becomes available to you, even between sessions. It’s part of why people find that significant things shift in their lives throughout our time together, not just during live calls.

Will you help me with a business/career aspect as well?

Yes, in our training you will get access to one of the most advanced business methodologies on the market – BG5. This is Human Design for Business and Career. You will be supported by Karina Apolonia Trip, who is a guest consultant and participant in New Earth Alchemy Certification.

How much time does this actually take each week?

Three live calls a month, 90–120 minutes each, always on a Monday – so most weeks you've got one live call + monthly business strategy session, also on Monday.

What if I've never done energy work or muscle testing before?

You don't need any prior experience with energy work or muscle testing. Module 1 starts you there, from the ground up: how to set up for energy work, how to muscle test, and the most common issues that come up when you're new to it. What I do ask is that you already have some experience working with clients in some capacity, whether that's as a coach, therapist, hypnotherapist, acupuncturist, or healer. This program teaches you the methodology – it assumes you already know how to hold a client relationship.

Can I be certified in this methodology?

After the initial 9 months in the Mastermind & Practitioner Training, you can sign up to go deeper into the Advanced Track, and if you wish to (not required), you can become officially certified in New Earth Alchemy Methodology. Advanced Track includes deepening with:

• Shadow work (including the Gene Keys & Human Design), integrating what you've embraced rather than bypassing it.

What are Sabrina's qualifications?

Sabrina holds a PsychD in Psychotherapeutic & Counselling Psychology from the University of Surrey (2004–2007) and is HCPC registered. She’s a member of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology. Over the years, Sabrina has trained in psychoanalytic energy psychotherapy, shamanic healing in the Inca medicine wheel, dynamic energetic healing, sacred soul alignment, human design, and the Gene Keys, among others. She did her PhD research on integrating mindfulness with therapy, well before mindfulness became a buzzword. She’s been doing this work, in one form or another, for nearly two decades.
