The session takes place "live" online on the Zoom platform (it lasts typically up to 90 minutes).

 Several sessions are recommended for best results, but also one single session can start having a big impact.

If you wish further support, you can upgrade this single session to include two weeks of follow up support via messaging and distant energy clearing after your session, to facilitate your integration. Investment for this is a total of £555 for the 1:1 session plus 2 weeks of integration.
