We started this year (2020 ~ the year of clear vision) with an explosive gathering in our skies, on January 12. Mars, Pluto, Jupiter, Saturn AND Mercury, all crowded into Capricorn, the sign of structure, order, control and command, power~ over, the Patriarchy, poised to cross over into something new, after the chaos....

 

"As above, so below." We only have to remember the known effect of the moon on the earth, via our tides, and of course a woman's menstrual cycle (although this connection has been sadly forgotten, amidst the clamour of the masculine orientated world) to be curious about how the rest of our solar system influences our Earth, and us.

 

The last time we had this formation in the sky was over 600 years ago ~ in the time of Martin Luther and the Reformation.

 

So, we knew we were in for a ride, but little did we know what lay in store...

And now, we are reaching the other end of this solar cycle, and the movements in our skies are spell~binding ~

 

 

This 7 day period of 14~21 December marks a period of The Quickening towards the Age of Aquarius. In fact, at the Return of the Light on 21 December, Jupiter and Saturn are conjunct in an Air sign for the first time in over 600 years. Since 1802, they have conjoined in Earth signs every 20 years ~ we are moving out of the control, command, power~over era therefore and into the watery, life~sustaining flow of Aquarius where we can collectively reconnect with our emotions and intuition. It's no wonder that this bridging period is confusing and that we have a cacophony of opposing voices crowding this passage of evolution.

 

The Gateway to a Higher Frequency, Aquarius rules the invisible waves ~ not only of intuition, but also of technology, even AI, heralding 2021 as a year of Balance, Adjusting, Cocreation.

 

It might not be an easy ride ~ we have been programmed into a 'system' that still rewards fixed~ness, control and the intellect over intuition. We have a duty of care to maintain balance, be flexible and collaborate as we bring in these new times, together.

These 7 days will be your container, your structure, for you to Flow within, to upgrade, and to receive the energy of these transformative times. It's time for the feminine to rise and bring peace to men, as they allow the feminine in them to hold and nurture them. And we women can be that nurturing influence, while allowing ourselves to lean fully in to our creative power, as never before, and own the ability to hold the masculine within us, and around us.

 

Leaning into the energies of our times is both a science and an art therefore. Did you know that Isaac Newton was an astrologer as well as an astronomer? Science and Metaphysics will balance ~ the Seen and the Unseen. This is the time to relinquish habits of force, and the drive to 'know' and to trust in the Flow of Life, in the Mother (Earth) and in the Father (Heavens).

VICTORIA GROOM (You can follow me here) 

I am a Mum of 2 small children (age 4 and 6) and run my own businesses: Victoria Groom/The Flow Coach and Flow Essentials.

 

As Flow Coach and Flow Healer, I work 121 and in groups to counsel, coach and heal those who are ready to allow in more consistent mental and emotional well-being by reconnecting with their/our true nature in the form of the natural cycles of life. Latterly, I have been healing from codependency and mining for diamonds in the shadows, bringing this into my work in the form of Flow Feminine Rising.

 

I am also a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, Essential Oils educator, Intuitive Flow Oracle Cards reader, Reiki master, Crystal Healer and student of kinesiology, homeopathy, nutrition and shamanism.

 

I am a passionate advocate of natural health and the innate ability of our bodies and minds to self-heal. I am also a keen singer and dancer of questionable talent, play the recorder quite well, enjoy speaking French and snowboarding down a snowy mountain.

I obtained my Practitioner Doctorate in Psychotherapeutic and Counselling Psychology in the UK in 2007, and worked for 8 years in Adult Mental Health in the UK National Health Service, before starting my private practice 4 years ago. 

 

After my Counselling Psychology training, in seeking ever deeper possibilities of healing for both myself and others, I discovered Energy Psychology, Applied Kinesiology, and Shamanic Healing: my life (and my clients’ lives) changed forever and I never looked back!

 

My expertise lies in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and “self-sabotage”; the emotional root cause of inflammation, physical health issues and sensitivities; and holistically integrating Western Psychology with Shamanic and Energy Healing approaches. 

 

Lately I am being initiated by Life into working with Energetic Grids on many levels: individuals, collectively and for the Planet.

 

I am passionate about helping people clear blocks to their full Soul expression and integration, vitality and power, so they can manifest the life, health, joy and relationships they truly desire, and step fully into their Purpose.
