2007-2016: Worked at the UK National Health Service, Adult Mental Health

2017: Founded private practice

After her Counselling Psychology training, Sabrina sought ever-deeper possibilities of healing for both herself and others, and discovered Energy Psychology, Applied Kinesiology, and Shamanic Healing. Her life (and her clients’ lives) changed forever and she never looked back!

Today, Sabrina works therapeutically with individuals, couples and groups around the globe from her home base in Brighton & Hove (UK). She also runs workshops and retreats, and offers an apprenticeship and mastermind to facilitate others to become the next level healers they have come here to be. 

Sabrina's expertise lies in treating:

• anxiety, depression, trauma, and “self-sabotage”
• the emotional root cause of inflammation, physical health issues and sensitivities
• holistically integrating Western Psychology with Shamanic and Energy Healing approaches

She lives life following the call of her Soul, which led her to move by the sea in Hove (UK), after living in Frankfurt (Germany) for 3 years. Her heart fills with joy and gratitude every morning as she connects with the water and its ever-changing moods and energies.

Apart from her purpose work (which never feels like 'work'), dancing, singing and walking in nature is what lights her Soul on fire!
